As a foundation, the status quo analysis is eligible for funding from the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA) and can be offset against the total costs in the event of further cooperation. This is how we proceed
1. Sustainability 101
In our basic sustainability training, we introduce the 101 of sustainability to all relevant stakeholders in your company. The aim is to establish a common understanding and a common language that serves as a foundation for your sustainable efforts.
2. Determination of the current status
In an interactive workshop, find out which sustainability measures you are already implementing, where the challenges and opportunities lie and how you can effectively meet future requirements. We will shed light on your status quo, identify gaps and lay the foundations for targeted improvements.
3. Sustainability roadmap
