Concept
In the design phase, we highlight the risks and opportunities of your sustainability efforts by examining the perspective of your stakeholders as well as the impact of your business activities and financial risks. The result is a materiality analysis that clearly presents and prioritizes the most relevant sustainability issues. The materiality analysis is the basis of any systematic sustainability management and a prerequisite for reporting in accordance with the Corporate Social Responsibility Directive (CSRD).
This is how we proceed
1. Stakeholder Analysis
We identify and prioritize the stakeholder groups relevant to your company. For the key groups, the expectations and associated risks are recorded in detail and prioritized according to expected loss value.
2. Impact Screening (Inside-Out)
In impact screening, we analyze the positive and negative effects of your business activities along the value chain. This is differentiated according to the individual pillars of sustainability in order to precisely identify the fields of action.
3. Risk Screening (Outside-In)
Risk screening focuses on identifying financial risks that may arise from external influences such as extreme weather events or market dynamics. This analysis helps to identify transformation and physical risks at an early stage and act accordingly.
4. Materiality Analysis
The materiality matrix presents the most important sustainability issues for your company. It provides a clear overview of the short, medium and long-term need for action and serves as a strategic tool for your sustainability activities.
