LkSG
Since January 1, 2023, the Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains (LkSG) has required large companies to report on the protection of and compliance with human rights in their own business operations and along the value chain. This also has far-reaching implications for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are part of these value chains. Our expertise in risk management offers you tailor-made support, from risk analysis and the development of remedial measures to legally compliant documentation and reporting.
This is how we proceed
1. Status quo
We start with a precise assessment of your current risk management (“making the invisible visible”) and work out the way forward together with you.
2. Concept
In accordance with the requirements of the LkSG, we work with you to draw up a declaration of principles on human rights, carry out comprehensive risk analyses and document these in a legally compliant manner.
3. Implementation
We put theory into practice with a jointly developed target and action plan. We are at your side every step of the way to successfully implement your projects.
4. Review & Report
We check the success of your measures and support you with your reporting, also with software support if required.
