The assessment helps you to recognize where you stand and which current requirements and leading standards are relevant on the market. This allows us to specify your challenges or questions on the topic of impact and identify initial solutions. The results of this phase can be used directly, for example as a board presentation or environment analysis that identifies the requirements and standards for an impact management system.

This is how we proceed

1. Impact Management 101

2. Impact Readiness - the system check

By reviewing your requirements and wishes, your current approach and the impact management system, we identify the status quo and opportunities for improvement. This allows us to draw initial conclusions about systemic solutions.

3. Define requirements

Through a targeted mapping of existing practices in the market and the examination of national and international standards, we specify your issue and identify possible solutions. This service can be carried out independently, e.g. as a peer or environment analysis. It is usually combined with the system check.

4. Roadmap impact management

With a clear and structured roadmap, we guide you through the next steps of your project - whether it's the development of an overall system or the improvement of individual components. Together, we develop a customized project plan to achieve your goals efficiently.
